Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the saddle or tack is protected from transit damage.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our workshop inspects the returned item for wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
